Attorney Jeremiah Pearson of Siloam Springs, AR; ethical goblin

The state of Arkansas provided Jeremiah Duane Pearson with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Jeremiah guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Settled client claim without written authorization from client to so act
  • Failed to notify client of receipt of funds owing to client
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Negligence of client matter led to client filing bankruptcy to deal with her outstanding debts and medical bills

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Jeremiah by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (ca. December 2019) Jeremiah practices at 1185 Highway 412 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
