Attorney Vicky Ingram of El Dorado, AR; moronic loser

The state of Arkansas provided Vicky Bussey Ingram with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Vicky guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to file appellate brief on client’s behalf
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Vicky!)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Vicky by gifting her with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (ca. November 2019) Vicky practices at 205 Green Tree in El Dorado, Arkansas.
