Attorney Michael McHale of Lancaster, PA; thieving loser

The state of Pennsylvania provided Michael McHale with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Massachusetts School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected client matters
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to return unearned fees (thief)
• Failed to take steps to remedy neglect of client matters
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Mikey!)
• Failed to exhibit any remorse regarding misconduct
• Failed to take steps to mitigate client damage

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license effective September 20, 2019.

As we speak (ca. November 2019) Mikey will resume his practice with the McHale Law Group at 53 North Duke Street in Lancaster, Pennsylvania in September 2020.
