Attorney Peter Payne Jr. of Pittsburgh, PA; thieving loser

The state of Pennsylvania provided Peter Joseph Payne Jr. with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Duquesne University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• From 2006 thru 2010 misappropriated (stole) over $500,000 of client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Pete by ordering that he be disbarred. Subsequently, the comedians on the Supreme Court reinstated Pete the Thief’s license to practice law.

As we speak (ca. November 2019), Pete continues practices at 108 Laurel Valley Drive in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
