Attorney Fred Freitag IV of Gibsonia, PA; ethical gnome

The state of Pennsylvania provided Fred William Freitag IV with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Temple University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Freddie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to deposit entrusted funds into a trust account
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to list business account on Attorney Registration form
• Failed to exhibit any remorse for his misconduct

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Freddie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Freddie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2019), Freddie practices at 104 1 Applejack Drive in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania.
