Attorney Harold Saul of Nashville, TN; slacker, loser

The state of Tennessee provided presented Harold Scott Saul with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the Nashville School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Harry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to reply to client status inquiries
• Failed to communicate with client
• Caused delay in drafting/execution evidencing divorce settlement
• Failed to file divorce settlement documents with the court
• Agreed to draft buy-sell agreement on client’s behalf but took no action for six months after agreeing to handle the matter
• Failed to respond to client phone calls

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Harry by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (ca. May 2020) Harry practices at 315 Deaderick Street in Nashville, Tennessee.
