Attorney Elizabeth Griffin of Mechanicsville, VA; drunken convict

The state of Virginia presented Elizabeth Christine Griffin with a law license in 2000 after she graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Liz guilty of the following misconduct.

• Arrested for drunk driving, first offense
• Arrested for possession of Schedule I or II controlled substance, felony
• Subsequently pled guilty to driving under the influence
• Pled guilty to felony charge of possession of Schedule I or II controlled substance
• Seven days after court dismissed felony charge for possession of controlled substance, Liz was arrested in Henrico County for public intoxication, brandishing a firearm and reckless handling of a firearm

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Liz by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Liz practices at 6304 Greystone Creek Road in Mechanicsville, Virginia.
