Attorney Terrance Tatum of Memphis, TN; moronic loser

The state of Tennessee provided presented Terrance Eugene Tatum with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Terry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Represented his client without sufficient knowledge of securities law (moron)
• Drafter documents for client who was subject of investigation by the Dept. of Insurance and Commerce and was ultimately ordered to cease and
• desist the fraudulent sales of securities

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Terry by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2019) Terry practices at 201 Poplar Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee.
