Solicitor Atanas Radin of South Australia; ethical troll

The Law Society presented Atanas Michael Radin with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Atanas guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made mistakes and unreasonable delay in Probate matter
• Ordered to apologize to former clients
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Atanas by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
