Solicitor Mark Sander of South Australia; ethical goblin

The Law Society presented Mark Christopher Sander with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Ordered to apologize
• Failure to progress the conduct of a matter on behalf of his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
