Solicitor Maddalena Romano of South Australia; cheating loser 

The Law Society presented Maddalena Romano with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Maddalena guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Ordered to apologize
• Failed to ensure the veracity of representations made to the Legal Services Commission
• Facilitated the making of false claims to the Legal Services seeking payment of a disbursement for work that she had not performed

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Maddalena by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
