Solicitor Alfonso Strappazzon of South Australia; ethical gremlin

The Law Society presented Alfonso Paul Strappazzon with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Al guilty of the following misconduct.

• Unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to prosecute client's claim
• Allowed client claim to become out of time
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in unprofessional Conduct and Professional Misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Al by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
