Attorney Gaurika Anand of Concord, MA; ethical goblin

The state of Massachusetts presented Gaurika Anand with a law license in 2010 after she graduated from the New England School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Gaurika guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to deposit and safeguard funds in an escrow account
• Failed to provide notice to bank that account was a trust account as required by the rules
• Intentionally misused client funds

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Gaurika by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2019) Gaurika practices with Anand LLC at 683 Strawberry Hill Road in Concord, Massachusetts.
