Attorney David Shaw of Lehi, UT; deadbeat loser

The state of Wyoming provided David J. Shaw with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the University of Wyoming School of Law. Kelby also received a law license from Utah in 1999.

In one matter, the Wyoming State Bar found Davey guilty of failing to comply with Article I, Sec. 5(b) of the Bylaws of the Wyoming State Bar by not paying his annual license fee of $350.00.

It’s hard to imagine that any lawyer couldn’t come up with a measly $350.00 in order to keep his license active.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Wyoming Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a short-term suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Davey practices with Kirton McConkie PC at 2600 West Executive Parkway in Lehi, Utah.
