Attorney Leigh Stinner of Cheyenne, WY; cheapskate loser

The state of Wyoming provided Leigh E. Stinner with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Wyoming School of Law.

In one matter, the Wyoming State Bar found Leigh guilty of failing to complete a minimum of 15 hours of continuing legal education, including two hours of legal ethics, in each calendar year. Rule 10(a) requires attorneys who have failed to comply with Rule 4 to pay a $300 delinquency fee. Rule 10(c) requires attorneys who have been recommended for suspension to pay an additional $300 noncompliance fee, for a total of $600.00.

It’s hard to imagine that any lawyer couldn’t come up with a couple hundred dollars to obtain 15 hours of continuing legal education in order to keep his license active, thereby proving that Leigh is at best a cheapskate and loser.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Wyoming Supreme Court punished Leigh by gifting him with a short-term suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2018), Leigh practices at 1814 Warren Avenue in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
