Attorney Cassandra Ando of Laramie, WY; cheapskate loser
The state of Wyoming provided Casandra S. Ando with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from the University of Wyoming School of Law.
In one matter, the Wyoming State Bar found Cassy guilty of failing to complete a minimum of 15 hours of continuing legal education, including two hours of legal ethics, in each calendar year. Rule 10(a) requires attorneys who have failed to comply with Rule 4 to pay a $300 delinquency fee. Rule 10(c) requires attorneys who have been recommended for suspension to pay an additional $300 noncompliance fee, for a total of $600.00.
It’s hard to imagine that any lawyer couldn’t come up with a couple hundred dollars to obtain 15 hours of continuing legal education in order to keep her license active, thereby proving that Cassy is at best a cheapskate and loser.
As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Wyoming Supreme Court punished Cassy by gifting her with a short-term suspension of her law license.
As we speak (ca. November 2018), Cassy practices at 954 Mccue in Laramie, Wyoming.
