Attorney Nick Beduhn of Cody, WY; moronic slacker  

The state of Wyoming provided Nick Beduhn with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Wyoming School of Law. Greg also received a law license from Colorado in 1972.

The Disciplinary Board found Nicky guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Collected a fee for services he failed to provide (thief)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Nicky!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Wyoming Supreme Court punished Nicky by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Nicky practices 2013 Shoshone Trail South in Cody, Wyoming.
