Attorney Donald Tolin of Casper, WY; slacker, loser

The state of Wyoming provided Donald L. Tolin with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Wyoming School of Law.

In one matter, the Wyoming State Bar found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Due to Donnie’s negligence, the resolution of client’s paternity action was delayed for more than three years
• Donnie’s lack of diligence led to client being unable to have contact with his daughter for more than two years

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wyoming Supreme Court punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license, an administrative fee of $750 and costs of $6,221.54 to the State Bar.

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Donnie practices the Tolin Law Offices PC at 340 West B Street in Casper, Wyoming.
