Solicitor Fung Kwong Chi of Hong Kong; ethical troll

The Law Society of Hong Kong presented Fung Kwong Chi with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Hong Kong School of Law.

The Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Fung Kwong Chi guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to give prompt/satisfactory explanation or reply to Law Society enquiries (Screw you, said Fung!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Fung Kwong Chi by gifting him with a complimentary censure, fined HK$240,000 ($30,660.00 US) and assessed costs of HK$797,500.00 ($101,880.00).

As we speak (ca. November 2019), Fung Kwong Chi practices with Wong & Co. at 141 Des Voeux Road Central in Hong Kong.
