Solicitor Ma So So of Hong Kong; ethical Goblin

The Law Society of Hong Kong presented Ma So So with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from the University of Hong Kong School of Law.

The Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Ma So So guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Delayed and obfuscated the completion of the purchase of property by her client
• Provided evidence to a court that she absolutely knew was false 
• Engaged in a scheme of with her client regarding property purchase
• Sent letter before action commenced that relied on evidence she knew was false
• Caused High Court proceedings to be commenced based on an allegation she knew was false

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Ma So So by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Ma So So practices with Au, Thong & Tsang at 141 Des Voeux Road Central in Hong Kong.
