► U.S. Circuit Judge Eric Murphy of Cincinnati; bigoted loser

The state of Ohio provided Eric Earl Murphy with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Chicago School of Law.

President Donald “Trumporleone” Trump was instructed to nominate Eric for a seat on the 6^th Circuit Court of Appeals even though he had no prior judicial experience of any kind. Eric wasn’t nominated because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater Cincinnati/Columbus area. He got it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

Prior to ascending to the bench, Eric led repeated efforts to make it harder for minorities to vote. As the former Ohio solicitor general defended getting rid of the state’s “Golden Week,” a five-day period in which voters could register and vote at the same time, and defended Ohio’s notorious voter purge law before the Supreme Court. Despite his acknowledged bigotry, every Senate Republican present voted to confirm him. Since Eric is only 40-years old (DOB: 1975) he could well be on the bench as an unqualified bigot for fifty or more years.

And lastly, it should be noted that Eric’s nomination came about due to Judge Alice Batchelder assuming “senior status” in March 2019. Senior status means that Alice is only required to work 10-hours-a-week while continuing to collect a full salary of $223,700.00.

Also, it should be noted that Alice was appointed by George H.W. Bush in 1991 at 47-years of age. Therefore, she waited to take on senior status in March 2019 in order that her replacement would be appointed by another Republican president, meaning she was and has always been a reliable Republican lackey.

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Eric the Bigot continues to sit as a judge on the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, Ohio.
