► U.S. Circuit Judge Eric Miller of Seattle, WA; bigoted loser

The state of Washington provided Eric David Miller with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Chicago School of Law.

President Donald “Trumporleone” Trump was instructed to nominate Eric for a seat on the 9^th Circuit Court of Appeals even though he had no prior judicial experience he wasn’t the most qualified attorney/jurist in the greater San Francisco/Seattle area. He got it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

Prior to ascending to the bench, Eric built a legal career out of fighting tribal interests and sovereignty, so much so that one Native American leader described Eric’s law firm, Perkins Coie, as the go-to destination for jurisdictions that want “to fight an Indian tribe.” (Jennifer Bendery)

Two prominent Native organizations ― the National Congress of American Indians and the Native American Rights Fund ― wrote to Judiciary Committee leaders raising concerns about Miller’s advocacy for “undermining the rights of Indian tribes, often taking extreme positions and using pejorative language to denigrate tribal rights.”

Despite his acknowledge dislike of Native Americans, every Senate Republican voted to confirm him, thereby allowing him to sit on a court with jurisdiction over 427 federally recognized tribes. Since Eric is only 44-years old (DOB: 1975) he could well be on the bench as an unqualified bigot for forty-five or more years.

Apparently, there are no Native American constituents that are presently represented by Senators Lisa Murkowski and Dan Sullivan of Alaska, Mike Crapo and James Risch of Idaho, Steve Daines of Montana and Martha McSally of Arizona.

There must be at least a dozen or so Native American constituents in the following states due to the amount of federally recognized tribes.

• Alaska = 229 recognized villages (Aleut, Inuit, Tlingit, Haida, Tsimshian, Eyak, et al.)
• Arizona = 17 recognized tribes (Hopi, Navajo, Apache, Cocopah, et al.)
• Idaho = 4 recognized tribes (Nez Pierce, Kootenai, Shoshone-Bannock, Coeur D’Alene)
• Montana = 7 recognized tribes (Crow, Cheyenne, Chippewa Cree, Blackfeet, Sioux, et al.)

Not to worry says Sen. McSally because if every Native American in Arizona voted for her Democratic opponent Mark Kelly, it wouldn’t deprive her of more than ten or fifteen votes.

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Eric continues to sit as a judge on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in Seattle, Washington.
