Judge David Carruth of Clarendon, AR; ethical gremlin

The State of Arkansas provided David Carruth with a law license in 19966 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law.

The Arkansas Judicial Discipline & Disability Commission found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Repeatedly engaged in illegal ex parte (one-sided) communications with parties who had cases pending in his court
• Created appearance of impropriety
• Conduct led to appearance of bias
• Failed to uphold the independence of the judiciary
• Failed to comply with the law (scofflaw)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arkansas Judicial Discipline & Disability Commission punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary informal adjustment.

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Davey continues to sit as a Monroe County District Court Judge, Clarendon/Holly Grove Department in Clarendon, Arkansas.
