During his insignificant time as a General Sessions Judge in Elizabethtown, Tennessee, Johnny found it acceptable to mistreat employees of the Clerk of Court’s office.
While in open court and/or in public areas of the clerk’s office, Johnny made comments about Ms. Leslie Sharpe’s maiden name which was Leslie H. Hill. Johnny belittled her by calling her “Liar Hill” and by saying she was incompetent.
In regards to Ms. Lore Carr, Johnny referred to her as “Dora Dumb” or “Dumb Dora.”
Clearly, Johnny should have been rightfully called “Johnny Dumb” or Dumb Johnny,” right?
Ya gotta wonder just how in the hell certified losers like John Walton are ever allowed to become judges and thereby allowed to judge others and/or mistreat others as is the case with Johnny Boy.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Court of the Judiciary punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. March 2012) Johnny the Misogynist remains sitting on the bench in Elizabethtown, Tennessee.
