Attorney Uwe Welz of Alberta, CAN; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of Alberta presented Uwe Welz with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Alberta School of Law.

The Alberta Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Uwe guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond to or fulfill commitments to the Trust Safety Department of the Law Society in a timely manner

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Uwe by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand, a fine of $2,000 and assessed costs of $1,754.82.
