Attorney Allan Vinni of Alberta, CAN; ethical elf  

The Law Society of Alberta presented Allan G. Vinnie with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Alberta School of Law.

The Alberta Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Allan guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Provided a personal promissory note in favor of his client without complying with the requirements of the Code of Conduct
• Entered into business transaction with a client without advising the client to seek independent legal advice
• Borrowed money from client in violation of Code of Conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Allan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Allan practices with the Allan Vinni Law Office at 10020 Franklin Avenue in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada.
