Attorney C.G. Yarshenko of Alberta, CAN; idiotic loser

The Law Society of Alberta presented Clinton G. Yarshenko with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Saskatoon School of Law.

The Alberta Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Clint guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to properly apply the law re: sexual assault
• Failed to respond to client communications
• Failed to obtain instructions from his client on all matters not falling within his express or implied authority

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Clint by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand, a fine of $7,000.00 and assessed costs of $3,000.00.

As one would suspect, Todd fails to mention the alleged misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.medhatdefense.ca.  Apparenlty, Clint and his firm decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for fear it would limit his future victim pool.
