Attorney Steven Brodsky of New York City; scheming fraudster

The state of New York presented Steven Charles Brodsky with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the Fordham University School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Concealed income in attorney escrow account to defraud his creditors

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in New York are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Stevie was never criminally prosecuted for fraud.
