Attorney Jay Zucker of Bronx, NY; ethical dwarf

The state of New York presented Jay B. Zucker with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the New York School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Jay guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to adequately supervise employee/bookkeeper
• Failure to supervise bookkeeper led to the conversion of client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Jay by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Jay practices at 2307 Eastchester Road in Bronx, New York.
