Failed to inquire as to the source of the $9.9 million in funds

Failed to investigate the purpose of the payment of the $9.9 million in funds

Failed to discover the reason for the payment of the $9.9 million through her firm’s trust accounts

Failed to make a record of the results of any inquires she made about the circumstances involving the use of her firm’s trust accounts regarding the $9.9 million

Failed to record receipt of $500,000 in her trust account records

Failed to record receipt of $1.7 million in her trust account records

Failed to record receipt of $1.8 million in her trust account records
All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Flo by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel.
