Solicitor Li Ping Fai of Hong Kong; ethical dwarf  

The Law Society of Hong Kong presented Li Ping Fai with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the City University of Hong Kong School of Law.

The Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Li Ping Fai guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide final accountant's report within six months of his firm ceasing business
• Compromised or impaired or was likely to compromise or impair his own reputation or the reputation of the profession and a proper standard of work due to his improper conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Li Ping Fai by gifting him with a complimentary censure and a fine of HK$60,000.00 ($72,954.00 US). 

As we speak (ca. December 2019), Li Ping Fai practices with Andy Fung & Associates at 288 Des Voeux Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong, Kong.
