Solicitor Harjeet Singh of Singapore; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of Singapore presented Harjeet Sing with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the National University of Singapore School of Law.

The Singapore Disciplinary Tribunal found Harjeet guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conflict of interest
  • Conflict involved his client and other siblings
  • Failed to advise each of the siblings to seek independent legal advice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Three Judges of the Republic of Singapore punished Harjeet by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Harjeet fails to mention the above referenced misconduct on his self-serving website at www.harjeetco.com. Apparently, he did so for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Harjeet practices with Harjeet Singh & Co. at 531 Up Cross Street in Singapore.
