Attorney Arturo Menendez of Seattle, WA; ethical dwarf

The State of Washington presented Arturo David Menendez with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from Seattle University School of Law. 

The Washington State Bar found Arturo guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Arturo by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.
