Attorney Scott Etherton of Lacey, WA; ethical elf

The State of Washington presented Scott Etherton with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law. 

The Washington State Bar found Scotty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to maintain proper trust account records

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Scotty by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.
