Attorney Raj Bains of Federal Way, WA; ethical leprechaun

The State of Washington presented Raj Bains with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Seattle University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Raj guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
  • Failed to preserve identity of funds and property of a client
  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Failed to maintain proper trust account records

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Raj by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2019), Rag practices at 33305 1st Way South in Federal Way, Washington.
