Barrister Ronald Johnson New Zealand; scofflaw

The Law Society of New Zealand presented Ronald Bruce Johnson with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Auckland Law School. 

The New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Negligent in professional capacity relating to his involvement in giving independent legal advice to the trustees of a trust
• Engaged in two counts of misconduct relating to breaches of the Trust Account regulations

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2019), Ronnie practices with Central Park Legal Limited in Lincoln North, Auckland, New Zealand.
