Barrister Simon Claver of New Zealand; scofflaw

The Law Society of New Zealand presented Simon Nicholas Claver with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from the University of Auckland Law School.

The New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Tampered with a legal document

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal punished Simon by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license and ordered to pay investigative costs of $37,171.63.

As we speak (ca. August 2019), Simon practices at The Terrace in Wellington, New Zealand.
