Attorney Paul Vyamucharo-Shawa of Manitoba, CAN; moron, repeater

The Law Society of Manitoba presented Paul Sydney Vyamucharo-Shawa with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Manitoba School of Law.

The Manitoba Barrister’s Society found Paulie of engaging in the following misconduct.

Paulie’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Misappropriated [stole] $19,656.69 from trust account
• Attempted to mislead ethics investigators (Screw you, said Paulie!)
• Suspended for 1 year + $10,000 in costs
• 2008 pled guilty to 4 charges of professional misconduct
• Assisted two clients in defrauding others
• Deposited funds into his trust account that weren’t trust funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

Paulie’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to register mortgages in a timely fashion
• Mislead various parties regarding
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
