Attorney Louay Alghoul of Winnipeg, CAN; ethical goblin

The Law Society of Manitoba presented Louay Rustom Alghoul with a law license in 2015 after he graduated from the University of Manitoba School of Law.

The Manitoba Barrister’s Society found Louay of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond to adjudicator’s email messages (Up yours, said Louay!)
• Misled adjudicator during her submissions to ethics investigators
• Committed professional misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Louay by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand plus $28,000.00 in costs.

As one would suspect, Louay failed to mention the misconduct aforementioned on his self-serving website at www.alghoul.com Apparenlty, Louay decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for fear it would limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Louay practices with Alghoul & Associates at 286 Smith Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
