Attorney Larry Kansky of Kingston, PA; charged with shooting injured raccoon

The State of Indiana presented Larry Kansky with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

In one matter, Larry is being charged with reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct for shooting an injured raccoon near the Luzerne County Courthouse. Police charged Larry with two misdemeanors.

All that remains now is to see how long it takes Larry the Hunter to cop a plea in order to reduce any time he may have to spend in jail.

As to the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Office of Disciplinary Counsel and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, its highly unlikely that Larry will face any disciplinary sanctions even if he’s found guilty. At worst, he’d likely receive a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2019), Larry practices with the Kansky Law Offices at 400 Third Avenue in Kingston, Pennsylvania.
