Attorney Charles Burden of Westminster, CO; serial drunken convict

The state of Colorado provided Charles James Burden with a law license in 2016 after he graduated from the University of Colorado Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Found guilty of driving on wrong side of divided highway
• Jury found Johnny guilty of driving under the influence (DUI)
• Sentenced to 30 days in jail
• Three weeks later pled guilty to another DUI
• Sentenced to 355 days in jail
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him, with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2019), Charlie practices at 6870 West 91^st Court in Westminster, Colorado.
