Attorney William Nebeker of Phoenix; ethical gnome

The state of Colorado and Arizona provided William Albert Nebeker with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Negligently failed to maintain adequate trust account records
  • Negligently failed to perform monthly three-way reconciliations
  • Negligently failed to safeguard client funds
  • Negligently failed to supervise his employee
  • Negligence led to embezzlement of funds by employee

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him, with a complimentary censure.

As one would suspect, Billy’s conduct as set forth above is not disclosed on his firm’s self-serving website at www.knschlaw.com. Apparently, the firm chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting its future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. August 2019), Billy practices with Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck LLP at 1 East Washington Street in Phoenix, Arizona.
