Attorney Richard Gale of Provo, UT; ethical gnome

The State of Utah presented Richard P. Gale with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Utah School of Law.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with court deadlines
• Failed to adequately represent his client
• Failed to comply with court directives
• Failed to comply with court rule

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2019) Dick is employed with the University of Utah in Provo, Utah.
