Justice Martin Mati Muya of Kenya; moronic loser

The Judicial Service Commission is investigating Patty for engaging in the following misconduct.

In May 2019, the Service Commission (JSC) asked President Uhuru Kenyatta to form a tribunal to investigate the conduct of Martin Mati Muya. That alleged misconduct is as follows.

• Acted with bias in dealing with various parties
• Abused her judicial office
• Failed to act competently (moron)
• Engaged in gross misconduct in way she handled a case where NIC bank had been sued by two petitioners

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Justice Muya by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Service Commission.

As we speak (ca. July 2019), Justice Muya continues to sit as a High Court Justice in Nairobi, Kenya.
