The Judicial Service Commission is investigating Patty for engaging in the following misconduct.

• Gave improper ex parte (one-sided) orders
• Declining to vary improper ex parte order even after being told the underlying case had been dismissed by the Court of Appeal
• Insisted on exercising jurisdiction in a mater that he did not have in order to protect a tenant from paying rent
• Ex parte orders prevented the Bank of Africa from selling properties utilized as security for loans

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Patty by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Service Commission.

As we speak (ca. July 2019), Otieno continues to sit as a High Court judge in Nairobi, Kenya.
