Attorney Frederick Fink Jr. of Golden Valley, MN; ethical troll

The state of Minnesota presented Frederick August Fink Jr. with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Hamline University School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to correct prior statement made to court regarding existence of scientific test date during his prosecution of a criminal matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
