Attorney Kenneth O. Nix of Smyrna, GA; pervert
The state of Georgia presented Kenneth O. Nix with a law license in 1965 after he graduated from Emory University.
At one time Kenneth Nix succeeded in duping the voters into electing him as a Cobb County Superior Court Judge.
From 1973 to 1982 Nix served in the Georgia House of Representatives. In 1982 Nix succeeded in duping the voters into electing him judge on the Cobb County State Court. In 1995, then Gov. Zell Miller was duped into appointing Nix to the Cobb County Superior Court bench.
During his insignificant tenure on the Cobb County Superior Court bench, Assistant Cobb County District Attorney Susan Treadaway and Deputy Investigator Glenda Roberts filed complaints that Judge Nix had sexually harassed and assaulted them.
The main complaint involved Nix “flicking” them both on their backsides after he had taken a photograph of them. Nix admitted to “flicking” them off; however, the women said it was more of a gram then a flick or pat.
Subsequently, the Georgia Judicial Commission filed charges against Nix for his sexual misconduct
In keeping with the conduct of most cowards Nix resigned from the bench before the Commission could finish its investigation and render a decision. That decision likely would have led to Nix being removed from the bench.
Because Judicial Misfits in Georgia are held to a lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Nix was never criminally charged for sexual assault.
As we speak (ca. March 2012) Kenny continues to practice law in the Smyrna area.
