Attorney Phillip Weidner of Anchorage; ethical troll

The state of Alaska presented Phillip Paul Weidner with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Harvard University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Phil guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Knowingly failed to take reasonable and timely action to correct a false statement of material fact that he had made to the superior court, after he came to know that his statement was false

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alaska Supreme Court punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Phil’s self-serving website at www.weidnerjustice.commakes no mention of his misconduct as set forth above. Apparently, his firm decided to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective clients so as to not limit its future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. June 2019), Phil practices with Phillip Paul Weidner & Associates at 943 West 6th Avenue in Anchorage, Alaska.
