Attorney Krista White of Sammamish, WA; ethical goblin

The state of Oregon presented Krista L. White with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from WillametteUniversity School of Law.

The Oregon State Bar found Krista guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain required trust account records
• Failed to reconcile trust account records with bank account records

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Krista by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Krista.
