Attorney Margaret Washburn of Bend, OR; ethical dwarf

The state of Oregon presented Margaret Parker Washburn with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from Willamette University School of Law.

The Oregon State Bar found Margie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct
• Improperly communicated with represented party
• Communicated with represented party after being advised on at least two occasions by that party’s attorney of said representation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Margie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2019), Margie practices at 18710 Choctaw Road in Bend, Oregon.
